OKINAWA LEADERSHIP SEMINAR

Unshakable. This three-day seminar, open to all active-duty military spouses, all branches. Through dynamic sessions on leadership, communication, teamwork, and goal setting, you’ll gain tools to lead with strength and clarity.

Who Are We

Okinawa Leadership Seminar (OLS) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to empowering military spouses to lead with confidence and purpose. Every year, we host a transformative three-day seminar that equips spouses with the tools, skills, and connections they need to thrive in an ever-changing military life. Whether you are looking to grow, connect, or lead, OLS is where potential becomes power.

We believe leadership is a journey best traveled together. Beyond the seminar, we offer free monthly programs including Lunch and Learns, webinars, and book clubs—designed to keep learning alive and build a supportive, connected community. Join us and discover how leadership can change your life and strengthen our entire military family.
